UNCHARTED 3: Drakes Deception - What is it Packaged/Shipped In? (PS3)

So, the question on everyone's mind is: "So, when I go to pick up my copy of Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception, exclusively for the PlayStation 3, what exactly does that magical golden blu-ray disc come packaged in, and what will be included with it?"

Well, the answer to all of those questions is a simple one. Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception that's exclusive to the PlayStation 3, meaning its Only On PlayStation or you can only play it on a PlayStation 3, comes in two different editions. The STANDARD EDITION and the COLLECTORS EDITION. The standard edition comes packaged with the game in the typical Sony PlayStation 3 box with reversible box art and will come with a PlayStation Network code that will give you access to the Starhawk Multiplayer Beta. (Is it really a beta?) So, the packaging will look just like this: (If shipped, same deal but in a standard cardboard box, right?)

The Special Edition of Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception will come in some fancier packaging however that is meant for the fortune hunter in you. It will thus come packaged like this in the U.S:

The contents of the Collectors Edition is pretty much the same worldwide as the game will come bundled with a Collectible Steel Case, which I believe is a first for SCEA, with Drakes ring on the outer side of the box. There will also be the Travel Case, which I believe is made out of a cardboard of sorts with a magnet to keep the door shut, rather than plastic. There will also be Nathan Drakes Belt Buckle as well as the the Ring Necklace he wears around his neck and finally, a Nathan Drake Collectible Figure and its all bundled at a price of $99.99 U.S. However, if you're in Europe, the packaging will look significantly different, as it usually tends to be mostly with the Travel Case. The Euro version is actually the Explorer Edition that comes with a trunk and the Steel Case is slightly different. The Euro version will also come bundled with some additional DLC. (We think that Europe is Sony's favorite. They always get some crazy extra stuff though, we're not sure why. Sony?)
