Its okay, you're not losing your mind and there's no need to have a family member make arrangements to commit you to a mental institution. You're also in no need for lasic surgery. Your eyes are just fine and there overall isn't anything wrong with you, that we know of... All the same, its true. Exclusive downloadable content for Xbox 360 made it way to the PlayStation 3 with Grand Theft Auto IV, Mass Effect 2 made its way to the PlayStation 3 and even Achievements have made their way to the PlayStation 3.
This week, we were able to get out mitts on Portal 2. The PlayStation 3 version seemed to offer the best content for consoles with Steam Cloud, automatic updates and Steam support, but also came bundled with the PC version. Inside the box you'll find a code that when you sign into Steam on your PS3, it links your PS3 with your Steam account and this enables you to enter your code on your PC via Steam and download the PC version. But, we really wanted to see how Steam worked with the PS3. Its nothing grand really to the visible eye, but its very subtle actually much like Solid Snake and Sam Fisher. Lurks in the shadows and before you can scream, like a coiled viper, it strikes. So, in your brief time fiddle around with Steam, we found that you can obtain Achievements on your PlayStation 3. The PS3 now does everything. It even does achievements. Now with some serious thought, you can see that we're stretching the facts a little bit, but it is interesting to see that you can obtain achievement points through your PS3. This video will show you. (We apologize for the low res of the video.)
