PS3
The UNCHARTED 3: FORTUNE HUNTER HYPE continues as we are at the FINAL weekend before UNCHARTED 3: DRAKE'S DECEPTION launches exclusively or only on the PlayStation 3 Computer Entertainment System and likely by this time next week you'll have played even more so sufficiently into the multiplayer portion of the game than you have been now, assuming that you may still be playing through the first two as a refresher. We'll give you a hint however that may likely be a hint exclusively to our readers but, if you play through the games again before you head off to midnight launch to pick up this baby, at least here anyway, they ask trivia questions and if you get it right, you get some pretty awesome free stuff at Gamestop so, brush up and you could get Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception for free! So, to help fuel the flames of that fire and give you some things to check out while you wait, here we go.
But first, we thought that since we've sort of gone into that subject yesterday, we thought that today we'd show you Uncharted fans what it would be like to have Indiana Jones play and Uncharted game. Well, it looks a little something like this:
Never In Your Life! Yup. That is a legit smile. Can't fake it!
I bet you thought that never in a million years would you ever see Harrison Ford play a video game let alone Uncharted but, what better game to have him play that Uncharted. I mean come on, its practically Indiana Jones anyway, right? All the same, we thought you'd like and be able to appreciate this, what's more, they asked him about his gaming experience and he loved it. It was pretty realistic and brought back a lot of memories. (Shoot, the first time my dad saw Star Wars Rouge Leader, it blew his mind and he had to have a Gamecube. Mom said no.) Fun wasn't it?
So yesterday, it was all about the trip to Egypt, right? After a brief stop to Napal, which Nate bunked at for a little while in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves before heading off into the icy cold mountains. Well, it was all in search of the Ark of the Covenant battling the Nazi's to get it first only for Dr. Jones to discover it wouldn't see its way to the museum in the end after all, right?
Well today, we're going to build on that even more and you're going to hear a lot of screaming and shrieking as we continue the adventures of Dr. Jones (his professional name) as he teams up with a night club singer named Wilhelmina "Willie" Scott and a twelve-year-old boy named Short Round. They end up in an Indian small distressed village, where the people believe that evil spirits have taken all their children away after a sacred precious stone was stolen! They also discovered the great mysterious terror surrounding a booby-trapped temple known as the Temple of Doom! Thuggee is beginning to attempt to rise once more, believing that with the power of all five Sankara stones they can rule the world! Now, it's all up to Indiana to put an end to the Thuggee campaign, rescue the lost children, win the girl and conquer the Temple of Doom. So, welcome to 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.'
