That's right, PlayStation Network will be up and running next week. Sony issued the following statement.
"Our employees have been working day and night to restore operations as quickly as possible, and we expect to have SOME SERVICES up and running within a week from yesterday. However, we want to be very clear that we will only restore operations when we are confident that the network is secure."It remains unclear what services will be available next week, nor what day services will be available but so long as the services are secure, we can wait. Sony had also mentioned earlier that they have taken on a recognized technology security firm to aid them in finding and apprehending those responsible. "No matter where in the world they might be." Sony says. So hackers don't beware, prepare because they're going to find you.
We look forward to having PlayStation Network up and running however and whatever it may it may be.
