Netflix Gets Kinect Support (Sort of)

Hey! The day has finally come. If you have a yearly Xbox LIVE! Gold Account (sorry Silver, still sitting by the wayside), a Netflix monthly membership and an Xbox Kinect sensor, then you're all set for hands free and controller free Netflix viewing. We'll sort of.

With a simple update, Netflix on Xbox LIVE! is Kinect ready, but that doesn't necessarily mean its ready to go out the door yet. It still has its issues and isn't quite functioning as well as Microsoft would have liked it to work. Microsoft's response to the situation? They don't know and are hopefully working to fix the matter. It seems the idea works when it works, but getting it to work is no easy task. The problem is, right now, that Netflix automatically chooses per-recommended videos for you and they're the only ones you can use. Surely with another software update, it will work, but for now, we'll have to wait and see. At least its finally come, right?
