According to the PlayStation Blog, beginning March 14 - March 21st, you can register to participate in the InFamous 2 beta. This beta allows its testers to create and play levels for InFamous 2 and in return, give feedback to work out whatever bugs, if any you discover or any other ways to help improve the online service. The beta will begin on April 12 and those who register and win will be emailed a 'Golden Ticket' and will begin Playing. Creating. Sharing.
